The goal of this workshop is to change our mindset around behaviour and address challenges proactively. Learn productive ways to respond to student behaviours using the fundamentals of behavioural science. In this all-day workshop we will explore practical, evidence-based approaches to managing behaviours related to ADHD, autism, and executive functioning skills challenges. We will learn, discuss and apply our knowledge throughout the day using real-life situations and case studies.

Paula de Leon Diaz, MA Psy, BCBA
Paula works in collaboration with parents and schools to address behavioural challenges. Her role varies from working with students in 1:1 sessions, to working with teachers and learning support, to supporting and working with parents in addressing challenging behaviors in the home. Paula works with families and schools to establish consistency across all settings, enabling the student to experience success and balance in all environments.
